Description

Non-welded bow-spring centralizer is available in the hinged style only. The bow springs of this centralizer are attached to the end rings without welding. The centralizer bow end is connected to the end rings with a locking tab that bears the load force on the centralizer. The centalizers are supplied in hinged segments joined by hinge pins in each segment. All non-welded centralizers meet or exceed the requirements of API Specification 10D, which dictates the minimum restoring and maximum starting forces for centralizers for various casing/hole size combinations.

All welded and non-welded bow spring centralizers are available in most common hole/casing sizes.

Features

1) Bow springs made of spring steel which has been heat teated and hardened tempered to ensure proper and consistent spring characteristics.

2) End collar hinges are folded toward inside. This way will minimize the collar stretch taht tends to occur when centralizers encounter tapers, commonly found in certain type of pipe connections.

3)A reinforcing rib stamped into the end collar. This way will strengthen and preserve it's round configuration during transport.

4)Several different spring bow heights that are available to accommodate most of casing-to-hole configuration.
